Day 01 : Arrival-Coimbatore-Palakkad
Arrive
Coimbatore and Transfer to Palakkad by surface.Evening
is at leisure.Over night stay at the resort

Day 02 : Palakkad
Early
morning experiance yoga, enjoy the best Ayurvedic
massages.Consult with the experienced ayurvedic
professionals or doctors. You may also experience
the powerful Panchakarma therapies and dhara
to remove toxins and rejuvinate the physiology.
Over night at the resort.
Day
03 : Palakkad-Cochin

After
breakfast leave for Cochin.Reach Cochin and
check-in to the resort.Later go on a short sight
seeing of Cochin including Mattancherry Palace,Jewish
Synagogue,Fort Cochin etc.Evening witness Kathakali
show & later transfer to the hotel for over
night stay.

Day
04 : Cochin
After
breakfast,visit to Tripunitura hill palace and
later to marine drive at Ernakulam. Afternoon,
visit St. Francis church,Chinees fishing nets
and the Bolgatty Palace. Return to the hotel
for over night stay. |
Day
05 : Cochin-Kumarakom
After
breakfast, drive to Kumarakom. Reach & transfer
to the Ayurvedic Resort. Relax and enjoy the
facilities of the resort including Yoga,Massages,
Nature walks, village visit, sunset cruise,
swimming, fishing etc..Consultaions with most
experienced Ayurvedic professionals and experience
ayurveda. Over night at resort. |
Day
06 : Kumarakom -Trivandrum
After
breakfast,drive to Trivandrum.Check-in to the
hotel and the rest of the day is free for personal
activities and relaxing.
Day 07 : Trivandrum-Kanyakumari-Trivandrum
After
breakfast, drive to Kanyakumari for a day trip.
Full day at sight seeing including Devi Kumari
Amman Temple, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Gandi
Memorial, padmanabhapuram palace etc.. Over
night at Trivandrum.

08 : Trivandrum Drop
After breakfast check-out and transfer
to the airport according to your flight or rail

01 : Cochin-Periyar
Arrive
Cochin meet our tour co-ordinator and leave
for Periyar(180 kms).Reach and check in at the
Ayurvedic Hill Resort. Visit the resident "Vaidya"
(Ayurveda Doctor) for consultatiion . Over night
at hotel.
Day 02 till 08
: Seven days Ayurvedic Therapy at your asigned
resort.
Depends
upon the docter's consultation, spent seven
days at Thekkady for diet, therapy and other
Ayurvedic treatment . Please remember that during
this period you should not exert yourself and

vegetarian diet . the therapy involves various
herbal massages, stream bath and Yoga . If you
follow all the direction of the "Vaidya",we
can assure you that you will come out tatally

Day
09 : Periyar
The
Rejuvenation Therapy is over, but it is best
to relax and allow your body to re-adjust after
one week of massage.Overnight at hotel. |
Day
10 : Periyar-Cochin
Morning
after breakfast, you could do a boat safari
in lake Periyar to spot wild life. After lunch
drive to Cochin. Reach and Check-in at your
pre booked hotel..

Day
11 : Depart Cochin.
If
intrested go on a short sight seeing of Cochin
Including Fort Cochin, Mattancherry palace,
Synagogue, Jew street etc..Later transfer to
the airport/ Railway station for onward destination
or back home. Tour Package ends.
