Day
01: Calicut
Arrive
Calicut, the northern part of Kerala. On
arrival our representative will be waiting
to receive you at the airport. He will meet
and transfer you to the pre assigned Resort.
Relax and the day is free for personal activities.

Day
02: Calicut - Waynadu ( Vythiri )
After
Breakfast, Check-out and leave for Vythiri.
Welcome drink on arrival at your resort.
Check in at the resort by12.00 Noon. After
lunch proceed for sight seeing to Soochipara
Waterfalls. Soochippara waterfalls is situated
in the dense equatorial forest of Wayanad.
The cliff face here is ideal for rock climbing.
Distance :- 22 Kms, Driving Time :- 40 Mts.
Later visit to Kalpatta, Edakkal caves,
Pookoot lake, Chain tree etc..
Return Back to the hotel in the evening..
The rest of the day is free to enjoy at
the swimming pool / the natural stream /
ayurvedic massages / spa / indoor games
etc... ( all these in-house activites are
available only in selected hotels ) Dinner
and over night stay at the resort. |
Day
03: Waynadu (
Vythiri )
After
an early breakfast leave for the days sight
seeing by 09 00 a.m. Depart to Kuruwa Dweep.
Kuruwa Island is 955 acres of green forest
on the tributaries of the east flowing river
Kabani. The island is uninhabited and a
paradise with myriad birds.
Distance:-35 Kms., Driving Time: - 60 Mts.

Note : Do not forget to carry your packed
Lunch for the day.
After lunch proceed to Tholpetty Wild Sanctuary
to experience the jeep safari at the Sanctuary.
Later proceed to hotel for dinner and over
night stay.You can find here spotted deer's,
elephants, bison, leopard, Tiger…etc.
It is 25 km's. Drive inside the sanctuary
exploring wildlife.
Distance:- 27 Km's from Kuruwa Island Driving
time :- 45 Min.
Distance:-62Kms from Tholpetty to the
resort. Driving Time:-90Min.
Day 04: Waynadu
- Trichur
After
breakfast Check-out and leave for Trichur.
Reach and check-in to the Resort River Retreat
at Cheruthurithy. Later visit the Kalamandalam,
the dance and music academy gives training
on classical dance and music. Return for
dinner and overnight at Hotel. |
Day 05:
Trichur - Periyar ( Thekkady
)
After
an early Breakfast check-out and drive to
Periyar the famous wild life sanctuary.
On the way you will visit Guruvayoor Temple.
You can see more than 50 Temple elephants.
Afternoon reach Atirampally and Vazhachal
waterfalls. Later proceed to Periyar and
reach by evening. Dinner and overnight stay
at the Resort.

Day
06: Periyar ( Thekkady )
This
day is on a relaxing after the long drive
last evening. The days activities can include
visit to the local spice market, plantation
visit, tea factory visit, walk through the
sanctuary etc.. Evening go on a boat trip
at the sanctuary to spot wild life. The
place also have varities of Ayurvedic massages
to experience. overnight at periyar.
Day 07: Thekkady

breakfast check-out and leave for Alleppey.
Approximate 4 hours of drive Reach and check-in
to a traditional House Boat of Kerala.Full
day cruise through the backwater regions of
Kuttanadu including Vembanadu lake, Punnamada,
R-block, Pathiramanal island etc..Stay overnight
onboard. A ride on the houseboat is a fabulous
way to explore the fascinating, beauty of
the backwaters. The houseboats will not cruise
beyond 1800 hours in the evening. |
Day
08: Alleppey - Kovalam
After
breakfast disembark from the houseboat at
Alleppey and drive to Kovalam Beach. Approximate
3 hours drive / 170 k.m. Reach and check-in
to the beach front resort. Rest of the day
relax at the beautiful beach. Dinner and
overnight stay at your Resort.
Day 09 -
Kovalam
Full
day free on the beach. Optional for short
sight seeing of Trivandrum.
Overnight in Kovalam.
Day 10: Departure
Transfer
to Trivandrum Airport for departure. |
